Step 1. Go to login.laredo.edu and sign in using your PASPort credentials

Step 2. Once you are logged in, click on the Pasport Portal card.
Step 3. Locate your Student Self-Service card and click on Open Student Dashboard.
Step 4. From the "My Records" menu, click on Academic Records
Step 5. If you are need an unofficial transcript click on Academic Transcript. If need an Official Transcript click on Request Academic Transcript.
Step 6. If choosing Academic Transcript, answer the following options below, then click Submit.
Step 7. If choosing Request Academic Transcript, you will be directed to Parchment to start your request. Or you can visit Request a Transcript.
NOTICE: If you have a hold because of unpaid fees, please pay them first at the Bursar's office. You can visit their office at Lerma Pena 101 or Billy Hall Center A117, or call 956-721-5112 or 956-794-4212.
