How To Use "Need Help" Link To Reset Your Password

Follow the steps below to reset your password through the "need help" link.

To reset your password, please follow the steps provided through the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
If you're unable to access the reset option, contact the Department of Information Technology by calling (956) 721-5312.
Please have your Username or Palomino ID ready.

Steps to complete

  • Step 1 -    Go to https://login.laredo.edu 

  • Step 2 -    Click on "Need Help?"

  • Step 3   -  Select "Forgot My Password"

  • Step 4   -  Enter your username:

  • Step 5   -  Answer your secret questions and submit:

  • Step 6   -   Please follow the rules to create a new unique password and click next.
