How To Use "Need Help" Link To Reset Your Password

Follow the steps below to reset your password through the "need help" link or to request a password reset, if you are unable to use the link.

 

Follow the steps below to use the "forgot password" link located on your login prompt. If you are unable to use the "forgot password" link, please submit a request to helpdesk@laredo.edu or call Department of Information Technology at (956)721-5312.  A series of questions will be asked to validate your identity before your password is reset. Please have your username and Palomino ID ready.

Steps to complete

• Step 1 -    Go to https://login.laredo.edu 

• Step 2 -    Click on "Need Help?" 

  

• Step 3   -  Select "Forgot My Password" 

  

• Step 4   -  Enter your username: 

  

• Step 5   -  Answer your secret questions and submit: 

  

• Step 6   -   Please follow the rules to create a new unique password and click next.  

  

• Step 7   -   If you forgot your secret questions or have not set these up, email helpdesk@laredo.edu and request a password reset.
