PASPort/Helpdesk - Ticket Request

Please read below before requesting service

Please provide the following information when requesting service. Do not include information for anyone else. If you are the one seeking help, you must complete the request yourself. Do Not Include Your Social Security Number or Date of Birth through this service.  Requests submitted outside of our business hours—Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM—will be addressed on the next business day.

  • Demographic: Select "student", "employee", "other"...etc. If "other", Please specify in the Description
  • Username or Palomino ID: Please provide your PASPort username (Ex: jsmith1234) or Palomino ID number.  If you do not know your username or Palomino id number, contact registration office at: 956-721-5109 or 956-794-4110
  • Subject: Choose choices from the drop down menu or specify in the 'Description' box
  • Description: Describe the issue you are having. Specify any information that can assist us in completing your request.
  • Name: Please provide your complete full name.
  • Your Email Address: Provide your PASPort student email address or alternate email address found on your student record.
