Terms and conditions for use of Microsoft Office 365 subscription given to you today are subject to change based on the status of the agreement and Microsoft’s continuation of this subscription.  All students who are currently academically enrolled at Laredo College are eligible to receive this subscription.  Microsoft Office 365 will be deactivated when you are no longer enrolled or employed at Laredo College.   This subscription allows 5 downloads to your own personal devices only.

Office 365 is designed to work with the current browser version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and the latest version of the Microsoft Edge browser.
Office 365 can only be installed on Windows 11, 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Mac 10.6 or later.
Office 365 can be installed on most current mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads (iOS), and Android phones, allowing users to access Office apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint through the respective app stores on each platform.
Note: Using a Chromebook? You can install Office mobile apps for Android on your Chromebook if you have the Google Play Store or use Office Online if you have the Google Web Store.

Your Microsoft Office 365 account is associated with Laredo College and should be used for school-appropriate content. Permissions and access may be changed by the school’s Information Technology Department at any time.  Office 365 for Education is licensed for use only by the eligible user and cannot be shared with others. All full-time, part-time faculty or employees of Laredo College may not save work files on their personal devices.Laredo College can accept no risk or liability for problems you may have with your personal computer once you download this application.  We recommend installing MS Office 365 on a personal device that doesn’t have any prior Microsoft Office Versions.  If you already have a full or demo version of Microsoft Office installed, then you may not need to install Microsoft Office 365 and only sign in with the Microsoft account created below.  If you still choose to install Office 365, it will install alongside your current Office installation or may delete your current Office installation.  Please make sure that you can reinstall your old version after the termination of this free subscription. 
 
Qualified Educational Users. To qualify for the Office 365 Education Pro Plus Benefits for Students, Faculty and Staff Program (“Program”) you must be a Qualified Educational User. Microsoft Qualified Educational Users are currently employed faculty and staff or registered current academic students age 13+ at entities that meet the Microsoft Qualified Educational Institution definition for their applicable region (“Users”). Alumni are not eligible for the Program. “Alumni” means either Graduates, former Students, Faculty or Staff of the Institution. “Graduate” means a Student who has either (1) completed a grade or a level in a school or an educational institution that qualifies the Student for enrollment in a college or university, or (2) received a diploma or degree from a college or university.
NOTICE:  You can use the plan as long as you are Employed at Laredo College or enrolled in a current term at Laredo College. Your eligibility may be re-verified at any time.
