Connecting to Student "eduroam" Wi-Fi

Notice - Effective Spring 2025, the claim account process must be done first to use this wi-fi*** To claim your account, please visit: https://www.laredo.edu/experience/index.html for detailed instructions.

Steps to on-board Wifi "eduroam" signal:

  • Step 1    -    You must "forget" the "eduroam" wi-fi signal from your device before connecting with your "Claim Account" password.

  • Step 2   -     Once you "forget" the student wifi signal from network settings, Select "eduroam" wi-fi Signal on your device.

  • Step 3   -     Enter your PASPort Username (Ex: jsmith1234)

  • Step 4   -     ENTER THE PASSWORD YOU CREATED WHEN YOU CLAIMED YOUR ACCOUNT

  • NOTE:   If these steps fail, turn your wi-fi off then back on again on your device, then try the steps again.
