Follow the steps below to use the "forgot password" link located on your login prompt. If you are unable to use the "forgot password" link, please submit a request to helpdesk@laredo.edu or call Department of Information Technology at (956)721-5312. A series of questions will be asked to validate your identity before your password is reset. Please have your username and Palomino ID ready.

Step 1 - Go to https://login.laredo.edu

Step 2 - Click on "Need Help?"

Step 3 - Select "Forgot My Password"

Step 4 - Enter your username:

Step 5 - Answer your secret questions and submit:

Step 6 - Please follow the rules to create a new unique password and click next.

Step 7 - If you forgot your secret questions or have not set these up, email helpdesk@laredo.edu and request a password reset.
