How To Use "Need Help" Link To Reset Your Password

Try Forgot Password Link to Reset Your Password.

Follow the steps below to use the "forgot password" link. If you are unable to use the "forgot password" link, please submit a request to helpdesk@laredo.edu

Steps to complete

  • Step 1 -    Go to https://login.laredo.edu 

  • Step 2 -    Click on "Need Help?"

  • Step 3   -  Select "Forgot My Password"

  • Step 4   -  Enter your username:

  • Step 5   -  Answer your secret questions and submit:

  • Step 6   -   Please follow the rules to create a new unique password and click next.

  • Step 7   -   If you forgot your secret questions or have not set these up, email helpdesk@laredo.edu and request a password reset.
